Abdominal pains??????

okay soo, 4 days ago i had this pain in my left abdominal pain, so my bestfriend told me she had the same problem and the docs. told her it was just muscle pain. So fortunatly it went away... the next morning i woke up with this cramping like pain in both my left and right sides. The pains feel like you constantly have to go to the bathroom, or hunger cramps. They come and go.the usually last a bit, then go away. Sometimes when i take a "number 2" it goes away, or sometimes after i eat it goes away. It usually hurts at night when im laying down and forces me to go to the bathroom 3 times a night and goes away, sometimes at night after i go to the bathroom and lay down i get those cramps again. I know its not appendicitis, cause i know the symptoms cause my brother had it. I'm not on my period cause i just finished a week ago, and i can go to the bathroom and eat normally. They only come sometimes and randomly, and they arent severe either. please help? any ideas????

Don't get me wrong, I feel your pain on this, and I know how much of a cop out this sounds like. I believe as a society we are trained to chase this lifestyle. I know it's everyone's own responsibility to think for themselves and make they're own decisions, and believe me I'm as pissed off and disappointed as you that fewer and fewer people do these things. I do, though, see a pattern in education and media that de-values coming to your own conclusions. I.e. if you believe it all by yourself, it's not true. If the flock preaches money as a gospel above all else, the sheep will follow. If a major, well funded university conducts a science study and comes to a conclusion, flawed or not, it's excepted fact. The pilot is drunk, and unfortunately, most of us are on the plane. Ultimately, if the right thing is not the vastly agreed upon thing, its unlikely to be done. On a lighter note, there are still enough people that think for themselves left to rant about it. : )

Friend Trouble, he's ditched us.?

We're 15 and one of my best guy friends has been going out with this girl for about 4 months now. To begin with we were really supportive of him but now its just starting to get annoying. He walks her too school, hangs around with her before school starts, stays with her all lunch, walks her home, goes out with her in the evenings and also the weekends. He has absolutely no time for us anymore. The only time he does hang around with us is in lessons, (she is in the year below) and when she isn't available. He just thinks that he can waltz in back to us whenever he feels like it. We are his second best and he ditches us the moment he gets the better offer. Our group of friends really like him, but we want him to realize that he just can't keep taking us for granted anymore. What can we do to make him realize!? why would u be driving in the sun? arnt u in a car? i think for less stress you should do 1 night. it is easiest to keep him destressed. keep him in a carrier with enough room for him to turn around and go potty in if need be. and keep water in the crate. keep the air on him and maybe put him on the floor so he is in the shade or something. i think he should be fine

What is causing my dog to occasionally vomit bile?

This past week my dog has been vomiting occasionally. It has happened three times and the first two times she vomited early in the morning before breakfast and the third time she vomited late in the day before dinner. Every time she threw up a hy bile. I am planning to take her to the vet this week but I figured I would see if anyone had any idea. She seems very happy and her appetite is good. She has always been a fairly picky eater about her dog food so when she occasionally does not to eat it doesn't really concern me. I know pancreatitis has similar symptoms but she is acting totally normal other than the occasional bile vomiting. She never throws up food. Could she be doing this because she needs more food or more meals? I feed her twice a day.

alright im in 8th grade. i have great command of my fastball. through 5 innings im sitting at 67mph but ive reached back and touched 71-72mph a few times. my slider has an average break of 13 inches, which i could get up to the whole plate if thrown a little slower, but i keep it between 55 and 60mph. I can manipulate my curve to go 12-6 or start behind the batter and break across and down. i throw it about 50mph. my change is ok, good arm speed and down and away movement. my knuckleball is also ok, i struggle controlling it once in awhile.

I quit cutting and huffing chemicals back in December.But I have the urge to start up again. I am under a lot of stress and pressure with school and home too. Am I bipolar or just anxious and frustrated?

Okay, about four years ago I was diagnosed with several anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder). It's been a bumpy few years, and the anxiety has definitely shown itself in my grades (I still managed to pull of a combined average of an 89 for freshman and sopre year, but that's not exactly what I want). However, I would say I'm above average intelligence. I am going to use the example of one day to try and help you determine what is wrong with me. I woke up today at around 6:00 AM, weighed myself to make sure I hadn't gained any weight, went into the kitchen, ate two fiber bars, wrote down the calories on a piece of paper (as I do every day), and then went back to sleep. I woke up maybe an hour later and ate two more fiber bars (I don't know, I really like them), wrote down the calories, and went back to sleep. I finally got out of bed at around eleven, although I woke up several times during that four hour period. It's difficult for me to stay asleep on account of my anxiety. I'm not particularly anxious about anything, I'm just anxious. When I got up, I started to read a book I had taken out of the library called The Imp of the Mind, which is about the thinking aspect of OCD. Many times I had to go back and make sure I had read things correctly, otherwise I would've felt intense anxiety. After I read a chapter, I ate some more and wrote down the calories. I then started working on a summer AP ignment for European history, which requires me to read selections from a book. Again I had to keep going back and re-reading things if I felt I had made a mistake in the pronunciation of the word I was hearing in my head or misunderstood what I was reading. I did that, then ate some more, wrote and down, and watched TV for a few minutes. Then my parents got home. My dad had been trying to fix my computer for me, and felt that I should come with him to see the guy who was helping him. He said it like I was a bad person for not coming with him and making him do all the work. I said,"Yeah, because I'm such a ******* bad person, right?". He paused for a minute, then said,"You know what? Forget it, we'll do it tomorrow or the next day." This made me pout a little bit on the staircase, insisting that my response was an anxious outburst and because I felt like he was accusing me of being lazy or bad when I reality I didn't want to go because of my social anxiety. I felt like he didn't understand this. My mom tried to calm me down, but I got really frustrated and just shouted,"****!". My dad got mad, saying we had neighbors. Eventually I decided that I didn't want my computer fixed because it would just cause me to not focus on my schoolwork, so I got my mom to bring me to the library. We sat in the car, ready to leave, but she kept trying to talk to me because she felt I was "in the wrong place" or something like that. I got sick of her talking and said,"Just drive me, don't feed me your Christian nonsense." I then hopped out of the car and began to walk to the library, and she walked back in the house. I then turned around and yelled at her,"Just drive me!" Eventually I got driven, and now I'm here. What the hell is wrong with me?

hun don't be embarred to ask lots of questions!! I know I sure did right before having my lil one. And I still do now that she's here. =) when I had Maddie they gave her her first bath right in front of me while I was still getting stitched up. So in the delivery room and all. Then they handed her over to me and left me and hubby to it! If you send her to the nursery to get some sleep... They will feed (if bottle fed) and change them but if baby is in the room with you then they pretty much leave you alone unless you ask for istance... And don't be ashamed or scared to do so. I was kinda embarred that I had to ask for help getting to the bathroom the first time after having her...and they reured me that they'd rather be there helping me than me get up and hurt myself trying by myself. It's the same with the babies. And ask all the questions you can think of! But I'm sure you can request that they leave you guys alone unless you ask for their help.

How do you get the lanolin out of a raw sheep fleece.I have a greasy Merino fleece that needs to be cleaned?

this is a fleece for hand spinning, that I sheared off my old Merino ram. He has the most lanlion of any sheep fleece I have ever seen. I have cooked it in a pot a 150* F for 30 minutes. Washed it in amonioa. That seemd to do the best but there is still lots of Lanolin in this fleece.

'96 Jeep Grandcherokee stuck in 3rd gear.?

I have a 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee that will not shift out of 3rd gear. I had my mechanic look at it and they said that all of the solenoids were fine. The transmission is in good shape. I think that it may be a computer problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

My advice is to make money online and go to Thailand, where you can live like a king on $800 a month. I relate to your story and I just want to get away from everything, get a gf and live on the beach and not worry about anything. It's possible if you spend about 1 year building up a website. I started a site about 4 months ago and it's only making about $200 a month now but that comes in forever, I don't have to do any more work to keep that income coming in. So in 1 year I'll have enough to live on over there and never have to work again and retire in my early 30's. You should do the same.

Is it safe to replace R30 recessed light bulbs with regular 60W compact fluorescent bulbs (looks not a factor)?

I have 8 recessed light cans in my basement but I really don't like the light temperature from regular R30 bulbs and they use too much power. I know R30 CFL bulbs are available in higher temperatures but they are still overpriced. Are there any risks of fire if I use regular 60W 6500K CFL bulbs for example?

34 weeks and already soooo uncomfortable...?

I am only 34 weeks now and for the past few days I have been so uncomfortable no matter what I do. Sitting, standing, and laying down. She is right there in my ribs and its so frustrating. I feel like my friends don't invite me anywhere...what to do?

It's a group of six. Half always are out the house sneaking behind their parent's back because they aren't around and they're the only child. The other three (including me) are very family oriented and we have a big family so we usually do things together. My friend friend from the other half of the group seems to neverrrr ask me to be apart of any plans and its mind boggling to me because I've known her the longest. It's never a text saying "hey wanna do this?" and last weekend I asked her if she wanted to hang out and she told me she might be with this boy she met and our other friend from the other side of the group. I notice that the only time she asks me to come "hang out" is when she's bored, home alone with nothing to do. Usually on Sundays. So I'm thinking am I just some dusty toy you pick up when there's nothing left to play with? I don't know how I should approach this situation because at this point I want to cut a lot of people out of my life. I know who I want in my life but me and my other friend from the family oriented side of the group said she feels the same way and the only time they talk to her is when it comes to a ride.

You would need er, or some type of oil, so it wouldn't stick, if you have a good amount of that and its heated well, the egg should not stick. I would start with a medium heat, then raise it when you put the eggs in the pan.

I don't think there is a specific way to just get rid of it... if there is let me know! My computer got virus', worms etc. overnight and now my Internet Explorer won't work. Can anyone help?

I have Windows XP and I was running a scan with Malware Bytes Anti-malware which usually works wonderfully. It showed me like 4 viruses, 2 worms and a whole mess of other malware that was in my computer and it said that I had successfully removed them at the end of my scan the comp. re-booted and everything but when I went to go on the internet is said page can not be displayed check your connection, if you spelled the address correctly...etc. I did that. I was able to sign on to AIM and when I checked my network connections in my computer it was all connected and said that it was running fine. But still, no internet. I even reset the system to the day before and re-ran the scan to get everything out all over again and had the same problem. And I went back to set it two days prior to today and it wouldn't let me. It was like I was locked out of last month entirely. I'm currently on my sisters laptop that's how I'm able to get online. Pleaseee help me. I'm pretty okay with fixing things on a computer with step by step instructions but please don't include websites for me to download programs to fix the program because I just can't get on. I am so frustrated and stressed right now. I will make this as bief as possible. I can honestly blame myself for moving in with her knowing how she is. We had a falling out and split up then we started talking again. She moved to Texas which is nicer and has a better job market than where we was staying, so I moved down there to stay with her. I think I have all the symptoms of appendicitis (except the part where it bursts). It has lasted about three weeks now. Doc told me to do an ultrasound and everything came out to be normal. Hi I went to WYD and it was absolutely amazing. It in no way ruined my day/days. The Pope coming to Sydney was also amazing. I believe many other people came just to see the Pope. He was just so awesome!!! He could speak many different languages and the atmosphere was like nothing I had ever felt before. Being able to talk to thousands of other people from all aound the world (even if they couldn't speak english too well) and to sleep out under the stars besides 400 000 others that were all there for the same reasons was the best exprience I have ever had. I am not Catholic...and a couple of my friends are not even Christian. But we went with our school for the experience and to share it with the hundreds and thousands of other people that went too. IT WAS THE BEST!

Why do I even try with him?

Due to work schedules I hadn't seen my boyfriend since late at night on his birthday 3 days ago. He was drunk and ped out about an hour after I was there. Acer aspire 3610 screen issues please help?

Ok so I think I am bullimic. Today I totally binged. I normally eat once a day, so I had a big meal in the morning (2 handfuls of nuts, a big bowl of fruit salad, 3 cups of nonfat yogurt and a granola bar). However, later on I got extremely hungry. I normally wouldn't eat and just let myself be hungry, but today I did the opposite. I had more fruit, tons of nuts, a mini doughnut, 2 cupcakes,4 dannon smoothies,1 granola bar and more yogurt. I HATE eating junk food and sweets but since I felt like I broke my diet, I ate them anyways. After eating all this I purged for about 3 hours straight trying to get rid of all the food. I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks now, running everyday for 1-2 hours. I feel like today completely messed everything up and all my hard work was for nothing. I will continue to run for about 1 hour later on and I am not going to eat anything tomorrow. Why should I waste food by throwing it back up. I might as well not eat at all and save the food for someone in my family who needs it. Anyways, do you think that this will cause me to gain weight? I am 15, 5'6, and 135 pounds and rly want to get to 125 by the end of December.

My garden is a jungle?

My husband made a raised bed for me. I have never had a garden, and I think I did ok at following the directions of how far apart to plant my tomatoes, beans, and such. I mixed in some mushroom compost and used Miracle Grow once...and now my garden is a jungle. The tomato plants are all so huge they have grown out of their cages from the tops and sides...and now the vines are intertwined. The bushes of beans are so huge...I can't even hardly get to my red bell peppers. There are tomatoes covering the vines...but they haven't begun turning red yet. And I haven't seen the beginnings of a red pepper. Could having my plants so huge and out of control inhibit the veggies that are supposed to grow in them? Might my g tomatoes (the largest plant of all) possibly not turn red because the plant shields the from the sun? Or, am I being impatient? I've just never had a garden before.

Can't find a bra that fits?

I measure 26 around my ribcage and approximately 29/30 around my bust. I've been wearing a 32A, which doesn't fit at all. The cup sort of fits, but the band is way too big. I was told that I'm a 28C/28D based off of my measurements so I tried a 28C and a 28D in the Royce brand. The 28C fit, but the shape wasn't right for me, so I had to send it back. I tried a 28C/28D in the Panache, Pour Moi, and Freya brands but they were huge and they don't carry 28B or 28A for me to try. I got a 28A from The Little Bra Company, but it was too small. I didn't bother ordering the next size up to try because the fabric is too flimsy. What size am I? Where can I find a bra in my size?

My mom is worst than a pack rat?

I live in a 3 bedroom duplex and it is DIRTY! I don't know what steps to take to get my mom into better cleaning habits. I work full time and she stays home all day. The house is always dirty except for every once in awhile we are expecting company or when I start to complain. Her bathroom is horrible. You can't even wash your hands in the sick because there is stuff piled up on it. The 1 car garage is filled with stuff even though I have paid people to come clean it out. There is one that you might want to see called The Dove (1974). This a movie adapted from the book about the true story of Robin Graham, a 16yr old who sailed single-handed non-stop around the world in a 23 ft ketch. I remember reading the book when it first came out. A well written great story. I never saw the movie because it seemed to stress the romantic side of when he meets a girl of about his own age part way through the voyage. The original book downplayed that aspect of the story. I feed mine Purina One. It's expensive but very healthy (my vet also recommends it). I used to have my cat on regular Purina Kitten Chow, then Cat Chow when she was a year old. Well she always had cat gas, lol. I switched to the Purina One and the gas went away. I like that they have different kinds for things like sensitive stomachs, weight control, indoor cats, etc. Oh and everything by Purina is completely safe and not involved in the recall.

i am 50 , volenteer at a local food pantry for 7 years now , while there 4 days ago , a flouresent light that was already hanging down and was only hanging by a short wire came loose and the light swung down and hit me in the front of the face , cutting my forhead and knocking me out for 30 min to one hour ,going to the hospital in an ambulance , a cut on my forhead with blood loss ,getting an cat scan , and a shot for the mave head ache i had , and another shot for the upset stomach the first shot would cause , leaving me with a concussion and on loritab 500 mg for pain , also my gles were bent and a lense scratched , i have headaches and minor back pain ,blurred vision , no adjuster has contacted me yet but i contacted the insurance company and they said he would soon , the food pantry is under church stattus , i am and have been on disabilty for past 20 years with a bad heart , what if any dollar amount do anyone think i should get for pain and suffering ? . i was knocked out for 30 min to one hour from the impact .

How can I make my cat comfortable in its new surroundings?

My six year old cat is adjusting to the new house and backyard wonderfully, but my two year old, Ginger, just doesn't seem to be happy here. Ginger is a Manx and this is her first move. She is an indoor/ outdoor cat. She meows incessantly if she's kept inside and then disappears for hours if I let her outside. At our old house, she had a hiding place under the house and was always nearby. When I came home from work she was usually waiting for me at the backdoor or would immediately come to me if I called her. Do you have any suggestions for maybe building an outside "safe haven" for her so she's comfortable and doesn't feel the need to hang out in the neighbors yard. Removing tree roots?

I had a Chinese Elm tree removed and the stump grinded out over 2 years ago. The root system was pretty extensive. I have been waiting to plant lawn in the yard, but little sprouts/shrubs keep popping up all over my yard. I've tried everything from Roundup to digging the roots out. Nothing has stopped the weekly popping up of new little trees. Will I ever be able to plant anything in my yard again? How do I get rid of the roots from a tree that has been gone for over 2 years?

With hiphop especially, I feel like if Im white/mediterranean, I get **** for listening to hip-hop because im not black. Hello, I am 21 years of age and I am seriously considering school at this time. I think the career path i am going to choose is LPN. I work full time a a bank and have my own place i pay rent for. The school that i would go to is offering the course only full time so that means i would have to work and go to school fuil time. i would wake up at 630 am, go to work, get off and go directly to school, then get off at 10 and fo it all over again monday-thursday. I am a little nervous b/c as you can see my sched would be very full. Nervous not b/c of my social time but b/c of home work and you know all of that, that comes with school and jobs. So i just want some helpful advice from some one, some info opn being a practical nurse, whatever you have i need it. i feel a little all alone on this so im scared about it so a good pep talk would do me good lol. I also do not want to work in a nursing home! I have a 1992 chevy silverado 4x4 w/ a 4 inch body lift and 4 inch suspension lift.?

Between 25mph & 35mph the truck rocks violently side to side. It doesn't swerve or lose control it ROCKS. I've changed the bushings, replaced the idler ar, rotated and balanced the tires. If I mash the gas pedal or slow down to below 25, it stops. When I switch into 4x4 mode, it reduces the rocking so it's barely noticeable but I can still feel it. I'm stumped... Anyone got any ideas?
