A girl /school question. Needs attendance to please.?

At my school, I always see this girl who I like. I usually look at her break-times and lunchtimes and sometimes, get a look back. However some-days I just get ignored. I do not know her at all, and don't know what to do, as this is quite a on going cycle where nothing could happen. P.S I am shy, and so is she. Please no inappropriate comments. Thanks guys.
