34 weeks and already soooo uncomfortable...?

I am only 34 weeks now and for the past few days I have been so uncomfortable no matter what I do. Sitting, standing, and laying down. She is right there in my ribs and its so frustrating. Has anyone else started feeling like this so early? Will I feel better when she drops? Any advice? I also work a strenuous, and laborious job and I am supposed to leave Jan 17th but Im starting to think if this keeps up I am going to have to leave earlier...if I tell my doctor how I am feeling will she write me a note to leave work early?
