Wasn't the film Executive Decision starring Curt Russel giving the 911 terrorists a foolproof blueprint?

This film made by some Hollywood film company helped the terrorists plan out their 911 attacks. About the only difference was the use of much shorter times from take off to direct hit. Isn't the making of such films almost a sure thing for a blueprint to kill?
