dear, to me it seems ur unnecessarily complicatong matters...u like...he likes u...jus ease the tension between u two..n start off with a smile and then jus make casual talks...the kind of guy he is(no offense)...if he really likes he will let u know...so jus be in touch with him and dont blow hot and cold at the same time(u kiss the guy, u give him a hickey and now u dont talk or stare back at him...now thats wierd..)...so stop the flip flop and relax...give ur relations some time and yea..most deffenitely go n talk to him..
