Do i have a limited amount of excersize if....? 10 pts best answer plz help!!?

ok i just found out i have a narrow vessel in my heart and a hole in my heart and a heart murmur and a leakage in my heart due to energy drinks...well caffeine....and im only 14 but my cardiologist said i can still excersize but i forgot to ask him if i have a limited amount. but plz help me....do i have a limited amount of excersize??
