Are people who complain about the new body scanners just insecure?

I understand concerns about privacy and all that but the TSA has been invading our privacy for years without so much as a whimper. I'm starting to think people suddenly complaining about the new TSA scanners are just insecure about the size of their little buddies or their weight. If people were more secure with their bodies, this would be a non-issue. Anybody else feel me on this?
