BULLIMIC TEEN???????????????????
Ok so I think I am bullimic. Today I totally binged. I normally eat once a day, so I had a big meal in the morning (2 handfuls of nuts, a big bowl of fruit salad, 3 cups of nonfat yogurt and a granola bar). However, later on I got extremely hungry. I normally wouldn't eat and just let myself be hungry, but today I did the opposite. I had more fruit, tons of nuts, a mini doughnut, 2 cupcakes,4 dannon smoothies,1 granola bar and more yogurt. I HATE eating junk food and sweets but since I felt like I broke my diet, I ate them anyways. After eating all this I purged for about 3 hours straight trying to get rid of all the food. I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks now, running everyday for 1-2 hours. I feel like today completely messed everything up and all my hard work was for nothing. I will continue to run for about 1 hour later on and I am not going to eat anything tomorrow. Why should I waste food by throwing it back up. I might as well not eat at all and save the food for someone in my family who needs it. Anyways, do you think that this will cause me to gain weight? I am 15, 5'6, and 135 pounds and rly want to get to 125 by the end of December.
