How much money should I ask for for pain and suffering?

i am 50 , volenteer at a local food pantry for 7 years now , while there 4 days ago , a flouresent light that was already hanging down and was only hanging by a short wire came loose and the light swung down and hit me in the front of the face , cutting my forhead and knocking me out for 30 min to one hour ,going to the hospital in an ambulance , a cut on my forhead with blood loss ,getting an cat scan , and a shot for the mave head ache i had , and another shot for the upset stomach the first shot would cause , leaving me with a concussion and on loritab 500 mg for pain , also my gles were bent and a lense scratched , i have headaches and minor back pain ,blurred vision , no adjuster has contacted me yet but i contacted the insurance company and they said he would soon , the food pantry is under church stattus , i am and have been on disabilty for past 20 years with a bad heart , what if any dollar amount do anyone think i should get for pain and suffering ? . i was knocked out for 30 min to one hour from the impact .
