Geometry problem?

A city park has a circular goldfish pond with a diameter of 40 metres. Park officials want to surround the pool with a 100 centimetre-wide cement walk. Find the volume of cement needed for this project, to the nearest tenth of a cubic metre, if the layer of concrete is to be 20 centimetres deep. [Use the approximation 3.14 for p.]
