Why is Santino in the WWE & Chuck Taylor isn't? Do you like CT? Do you think he'll ever be in WWE? (vids inc)?

The better question is why Claudio Castagnoli or Chris Hero (The Kings of Wrestling), isn't in the WWE? To make it simpler, why WWE chose "Sin Cara" over El Generico?
