Help please..Roommate has STDs...Can she p them on to me or my children?

Ok so my roommate has several STDs (which she's made known to my husband and I) including clamidia, genital warts, HPV, and severe recurrent bacterial vaginosis. She's also made it known that she's already had 94 ual partners in her young life. In our home, it is myself (33), my husband (32), our 2 children (12 year old daughter and 10 year old son), and her (24). We are wondering if there is anything to worry about in normal daily activities (obviously we are not having any ual contact with her) that could infect any of us? We all share 1 bathroom, which I keep spotless and disinfect daily. We all also share the kitchen, living room, etc. She plays with our dogs, etc. I guess I'm just paranoid! I worry about my health, but I'm more worried that my adolescent children may get something they would have to deal with for life. Any help or answers?
